Title: Private Nanny/PA, High Street Ken

Core working hours: 40-50 hours per week (flexible for the right candidate)

Salary: Up to £25 per hour (DOE)

Charges: 1 boy, 9 + 1 boy, 7 and 1 girl, 5

This family are looking to secure a superstar nanny for their busy household. They are looking for a career nanny with a strong academic background who loves their job and who is happy to expand their role into PA duties. If you’re an enthusiastic person who is not afraid to get ‘stuck in’ to their job, this could be the role you’re looking for.

Basic responsibilities:

• School runs, helping with homework, test preparation and ensuring everything is done to a good standard
• Review the school calendar and ensure the children have what they need on a day to day basis
• Support with music practice
• Attend school events during the nanny’s normal working hours where the parents are unable to
• Wardrobe management, purchasing new uniform, clothes and shoes as and when necessary
• Work alongside the nanny housekeeper/cook to ensure the children’s clothes are always clean and ready, organise meal plans, packed lunches in holidays. Although cooking is not required, the family would prefer someone who can cook
• Organise the children’s calendar during holidays including researching, organising or booking activities, clubs or playdates
• Organise and book term time activities such as swimming, tennis, football, etc
• Happy to participate in sports with the children eg football, tennis
• Organise and coordinate all children’s doctor / dentist / optician appointments as needed, with a high level of awareness of usual illnesses and how to administer medicine and basic first aid
• Organise the children’s birthdays and parties
• Run errands such as but not limited to; package returns, dry cleaning, gift purchasing and wrapping
