At Arthur’s House, we value the use of referrals to help facilitate the movement of nannies into new roles for our clients. We want to help nannies find new roles and families secure new nannies for their open positions. We also appreciate that not everyone wants to use agencies in their search for childcare and as such, we also encourage informal referral schemes and are happy to support families with information or help when it comes to finding a nanny.

🤔 How does it work?

It’s simple. We offer a £250 payment to any person who refers a nanny to us that we go on to place in a permanent role and £150 for any temporary placement. All you need to do is register your referral with us through our online form and we will do the rest. Each referral should include a CV or profile of your nanny and we please ask that you have have permission to share their information.

👀 What’s the small print?

• To qualify for the referral fee, the referrer must provide the candidate's contact information to us before we have any communication with the candidate
• If we receive the same candidate's information from multiple referrers, the referral fee will be paid to the first referrer whose information we receive
• If we already have the nanny registered on our books as an agency, no fee will be payable (for obvious reasons)
• Payment will be made to the family on the day the nanny starts her new engagement
• There is no guarantee we will be able to find your referral a new role but we work diligently to do so - if we have failed to place your referral in a new role within 6 months of the referral, no fee will be due to you
• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make to us and no limit to the fees you can earn
